Connecting your domain registered through Channel Island Hosting to your Squarespace account is very straightforward. You firstly need to add the free DNS Service product to your account, unless you already have an active hosting package with CIH that you plan to keep, DNS services are already included in all packages.
DNS Service
IF you need a DNS Service, click here > https://local.channelislandhosting.net/store/dns-only-hosting/dns-service
Select your domain option, linking the DNS service to that domain, and process the free service order.
Your DNS Service will appear in y our CIH Client area home screen, where you can then navigate to your Plesk Control Panel (or your cPanel if you already have a hosting package with CIH - a package that you intent to keep)
Squarespace
Log-in to your Squarespace account and go to the following page: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205812378-Connecting-a-domain-to-your-Squarespace-site#toc-step-1---start-the-connection-in-squarespace
