For customers wishing to set their own custom nameservers, we will need to set glue records for your domain. Not all registries support this, but if you need to do this, it is at present a manual process in most cases, and we are happy to assist you in completing this.
Simply create a support ticket and provide the required nameservers names and the respective IP address(es).
