Managing your DNS records is a relatively straightforward process, but it needs to be approached with caution as errors can result in the internet not being able to find your email and website services.

 

When you register or transfer a domain to CIH, the DNS Zone list will be added to your Services if this is your first domain (for customers with orders before this, the old system is currently still in place but will be swapped out over time). If, for whatever reason you do not see the new DNS Zone List, please contact Customer Support.
