For customers requiring more detailed support in setting up services, above and beyond our support team advice, i.e. we do it for you.
Our IT Support Service covers up to a total of 60 minutes of IT support services as required. If we feel that your requirements or task exceeds 60 minutes, we will advise you beforehand.
This package generally allows enough time to assist you in the following tasks... Migrating your existing DNS Records to a new DNS Zone, and resetting your nameservers accordingly, ensuring a seamless process, and/or
migrating up to eight/ten email accounts from your previous email service to your new email hosting package, and adjusting your DNS records accordingly, to ensure a seamless process for your email traffic.

This service is especially helpful for customers who are a little unsure about how to set up their nameservers and DNS zones/records or need to move a lot of emails from one service to another.
Please Note: Our Support Team are always on hand to assist and advise you on how to handle the management of your digital assets, but this option offers you peace of mind and takes the pressure off your shoulders.
